Training of youth leaders in Colombia
It costs just CHF 120.- a year to train a young Colombian. Juveniles learn to act peacefully in aggressive and dangerous reality of the ongoing civil war, as well as to support the civil society. These juveniles are less likely to join an armed group and get in touch with the civil war. Furthermore they pass on their knowledge to their families and communities. Getting an education they have better chances to integrate into the labour market. Thanks to a various education these juveniles become important pillars in the big picture of future peace in Colombia.
