Donation FAQ's

What proportion of donations goes directly to those in need or projects, and what proportion is used for administration?

For each project financing, an average of about 20% is used for general administration. This is because a certain amount of administrative work is always necessary. For example, an accounting department is needed to manage the donations, a management or a human resources department. In 2016, administrative expenses amounted to 7%. This proportion is within ZEWO standards and is monitored by ZEWO. More information can be found in our annual report.

I would like to support Horyzon regularly with a donation without receiving several times a year thanks. Is that possible?

This is possible without any problems. If you wish to receive less mail, please inform us by e-mail info@horyzon.ch or tel. 062 296 62 68.

What is the easiest way to make a regular donation?

You can enter a standing order with your bank. Thus you transfer your donation to us monthly or at the time you have defined. Please contact your bank for more information.

I have collected money, how can I send it to Horyzon or a project?

You can do this online or by payment slip. Neutral inpayment receipts are available at every post office (please note as recipient: Horyzon Foundation, Florastrasse 21, 4600 Olten, account 60-324630-5) or contact us.

How can I make a donation via online banking?
